Former Foreign Secretary Aizaz Ahmad Chaudhry has issued a stark warning that India may launch military aggression against Pakistan in October.

Speaking during a policy forum in Islamabad on Wednesday, Chaudhry said the regional security situation has become increasingly volatile and requires urgent international attention. He cautioned that New Delhi’s recent military posturing and political rhetoric could translate into an actual offensive.

“Given the current tensions, there is a strong possibility that India may try to carry out hostile actions against Pakistan next month. The international community must take notice before it escalates,” Chaudhry stressed.

He urged both domestic and global stakeholders to remain vigilant, highlighting that Pakistan must prepare for any eventuality while continuing to advocate for peace.

The statement comes at a time when relations between the two nuclear-armed neighbors are already strained, with rising hostilities across diplomatic and military fronts.
