Israeli Prime Minister delivered his address to the United Nations General Assembly (UNGA) today, but the speech was overshadowed by a boycott from several Muslim countries in protest against Israel’s ongoing actions in Gaza.

Diplomatic sources confirmed that representatives from multiple Muslim-majority states staged a walkout or skipped the session entirely, signaling strong disapproval of Israel’s policies in the region. The boycott highlighted growing global criticism of Israel’s military operations, which have led to rising civilian casualties and humanitarian concerns.

During his speech, the Israeli leader defended his government’s policies and reiterated claims of “security necessity.” However, the empty seats in the assembly hall reflected the widening diplomatic isolation Israel is facing.

Analysts believe the boycott could intensify diplomatic pressure on Tel Aviv and further complicate Israel’s relations with the broader Muslim world, which has been demanding an immediate ceasefire and accountability at international forums.
