London: A London court today dismissed the alleged rape case against Pakistan’s national cricketer Haider Ali, clearing him of all charges.

The case, which had drawn significant media attention, was filed earlier this year when Haider Ali was accused of sexual assault during a private visit to the UK. Following a thorough investigation, the court found insufficient evidence to proceed, leading to the dismissal of the case.

Haider Ali’s legal team welcomed the verdict, stating that justice had prevailed and that the allegations were baseless. They emphasized that the cricketer had fully cooperated with investigators throughout the proceedings.

The young Pakistani batsman expressed relief over the court’s decision, thanking his family, fans, and the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) for their constant support during the ordeal. He said he was eager to return his full focus to cricket and represent Pakistan with pride.

The dismissal of the case has been widely welcomed by fans and fellow cricketers, who termed it a moment of relief for the national team.
