Portuguese football legend Cristiano Ronaldo has secured yet another milestone in his illustrious career — according to Bloomberg’s latest billionaires list, his net worth is estimated at $1.4 billion, making him the world’s first footballer to cross the trillion-rupee mark.
At current exchange rates, that valuation exceeds 3.93 trillion Pakistani rupees.

Ronaldo, now 40 years old, saw a major boost in his wealth after signing a new deal with Saudi club Al Nassr, reportedly worth around $400 million. Over his career, he has earned more than $550 million solely from salaries (2002–2023). Sponsorships have also been a huge source of income, with deals such as his decade-long arrangement with Nike bringing in about $18 million annually.
In addition, endorsements from various global brands have added over $175 million to his earnings.

Notably, his move from Manchester United to Al Nassr in 2023 made him one of the highest paid athletes in the world. The contract is said to be worth 177 million pounds per year.
With this new financial benchmark, Ronaldo joins the ranks of legendary athletes like Michael Jordan, LeBron James, Magic Johnson, Tiger Woods, and Roger Federer as a sporting icon who has achieved extreme wealth beyond his performance on the pitch.
