Man attacks in Manchester, two civilians killed, attacker also killed

a man drove a vehicle into pedestrians near the synagogue and subsequently began stabbing individuals. The assailant was shot and killed by police officers who arrived on the scene within minutes. Authorities later confirmed that the suspect was not carrying explosives, despite initial concerns due to his attire.

The victims, both Jewish individuals, were fatally wounded during the attack, which occurred on Yom Kippur, the holiest day in the Jewish calendar. Three others sustained serious injuries and were transported to nearby hospitals.
