Manchester United produced a dramatic comeback to draw 2-2 with Tottenham Hotspur in a thrilling Premier League clash at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium on Saturday night, extending their unbeaten streak under manager Ruben Amorim to six matches.

United looked set to claim all three points when Bryan Mbeumo headed home from Amad Diallo’s pinpoint cross in the 32nd minute, putting the visitors ahead. However, the match turned chaotic in the closing stages as Tottenham mounted a late surge.

Mathys Tel leveled the score in the 84th minute with a deflected strike that left goalkeeper André Onana wrong-footed. Moments later, Richarlison sent Spurs fans into jubilation with a stoppage-time header, seemingly sealing a dramatic comeback.

But United refused to surrender. Despite playing with ten men following Benjamin Šeško’s injury after all substitutions had been used, Matthijs de Ligt rose highest in the 96th minute to nod in Bruno Fernandes’s corner, rescuing a valuable point for the Red Devils.

The result keeps Manchester United second in the Premier League table with 20 points, two behind leaders Arsenal, while Tottenham remain in fourth place, maintaining pressure on the top three.

Manager Ruben Amorim praised his team’s resilience after the match, calling it “a testament to United’s spirit and determination.”
