Pakistani actor Feroze Khan has opened up about the emotional and physical turmoil he faced during a difficult period in his personal life, saying the intense pressure once brought him close to death. The actor, often in the spotlight for controversies, spoke candidly during a recent podcast appearance.
Khan discussed the breakdown of his first marriage and the challenges that followed, saying the aftermath exposed him to relentless criticism. He recalled a moment when the stress became so overwhelming that he collapsed unconscious in a bathroom. “I felt like I was dying,” he said, describing the severity of the mental strain.
He explained that his deepest pain came from being denied access to his children during the legal proceedings. The ongoing court battles and public accusations, he added, severely damaged his career. At one point, he was so discouraged that he considered leaving showbiz altogether to become a tailor and start a small clothing business.
Khan credited his recovery to his mother’s prayers, calling them the greatest source of strength in his life. He said that a recitation of Ayat-ul-Kursi by his mother sparked a turning point for him, helping him regain stability and rebuild his life.
The actor’s personal struggles unfolded amid public allegations. Feroze Khan married Aliza Sultan in 2018, but the couple divorced in 2022. During the separation, Aliza accused him of domestic violence, a claim that drew massive media attention. Later that year, the two also became involved in a custody dispute over their children.
Khan eventually remarried in 2024, tying the knot with Dr. Zainab. Despite the turbulence of the past few years, he said he remains determined to move forward and rebuild both his personal and professional life.
