PML-N Leads in Punjab By-Elections as Early Results Start Rolling In

Early results from key by-elections across Punjab indicate a strong lead for the Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N), as vote counting continues in several constituencies of the National Assembly and Provincial Assembly. Polling was held in Lahore, Faisalabad, Sahiwal, Dera Ghazi Khan, Sargodha, Mianwali, and Muzaffargarh from 8 AM to 5 PM.


National Assembly — Early Results

NA-96 Faisalabad-II:
PML-N’s Muhammad Bilal Badar leads with 10,390 votes from 36 out of 345 polling stations. Independent candidate Nawab Sher Waseer follows with 2,408 votes.


NA-104 Faisalabad-X:
From 66 of 375 stations, PML-N’s Daniyal Ahmed is ahead with 7,632 votes. Independent Rana Adnan Javed has 3,822 votes.


NA-129 Lahore-XIII:

Results from 46 of 334 stations show PML-N’s Hafiz Mian Muhammad Nauman leading with 4,296 votes, followed by independent Arslan Ahmed with 2,848 votes.


NA-143 Sahiwal-III:
PML-N’s Muhammad Tufail leads with 13,150 votes from 38 of 442 polling stations. Independent Zarar Akbar Chaudhry has 929 votes.


NA-185 Dera Ghazi Khan-II:
From 35 of 226 stations, PML-N’s Mahmood Qadir Khan leads with 17,840 votes, followed by PPP’s Dost Muhammad Khosa with 6,897 votes.


Punjab Assembly — Early Results

PP-73 Sargodha:
PML-N’s Mian Sultan Ali Ranjha leads with 8,659 votes from 21 of 163 stations. Independent Muhammad Haris follows with 2,028 votes.


PP-87 Mianwali-III:
PML-N’s Ali Haider Noor Khan Niazi leads with 5,425 votes from 19 of 193 stations. Independent Muhammad Ayaz Khan Niazi has 525 votes.


PP-98 Faisalabad-I:
From 7 of 171 stations, PML-N’s Azad Ali Tabassum leads with 1,819 votes, while Muhammad Ajmal has 579 votes.


PP-115 Faisalabad-XVIII:
PML-N’s Muhammad Tahir Pervaiz leads with 4,248 votes from 11 of 159 stations. Independent Muhammad Asghar has 241 votes.


PP-116 Faisalabad-XIX:
From 54 of 190 stations, PML-N’s Ahmed Shehryar is ahead with 10,195 votes, followed by Malik Asghar Ali Qaiser with 1,783 votes.


PP-203 Sahiwal-VI:
PML-N’s Muhammad Hanif leads with 8,891 votes from 31 of 185 stations. Independent Falik Sher has 1,323 votes.


PP-269 Muzaffargarh-II:
PPP’s Mian Almdar Abbas Qureshi leads with 10,511 votes from 24 of 156 stations. Independent Muhammad Iqbal Khan Pitafi follows with 6,456 votes.
