Pakistani actress Hira Soomro has spoken out regarding rumors surrounding actor and producer Fahad Mustafa’s alleged second marriage, calling it “a good thing” if true, as “he chose to marry directly rather than do anything immoral.”
During her recent appearance on a podcast, Hira Soomro addressed inappropriate behavior in the entertainment industry and commented on the speculation about Fahad Mustafa’s personal life. Over the past month, social media has been abuzz with claims that Mustafa secretly entered into a second marriage, though the actor himself has yet to issue any statement on the matter.
Responding to the ongoing rumors, Soomro defended Mustafa’s character, describing him as a “very decent man.” She stated, “I have been part of this industry for a long time, and I have never heard of Fahad Mustafa behaving inappropriately with any woman or doing anything wrong.”
She went on to add, “If he really has married again, that’s a positive step — he’s done it the right way. There’s nothing wrong in marrying again, and his first wife is a kind-hearted woman who will understand.”
According to Soomro, if the reports of the second marriage are true, she doesn’t foresee any major conflict arising from it. She believes both families would continue to live peacefully. The actress also revealed that several individuals in the industry had previously tried to engage her in inappropriate conversations, but she chose not to name them publicly.
