Iran has executed another individual accused of spying for Israel’s intelligence agency, Mossad, according to Mizan News Agency. Judicial authorities confirmed that the convicted person had been providing classified Iranian intelligence to Israel.

According to Arab media reports citing prosecutor Kazem Mousavi, the convict had established direct contact with the Israeli intelligence service and held several meetings with Mossad officers. Officials stated that the individual’s activities were uncovered through the timely and effective efforts of Iran’s intelligence agencies, which prevented the leak of further sensitive information.

This latest execution is part of Iran’s ongoing crackdown on espionage linked to Israel. In recent years, Tehran has arrested and executed several individuals accused of collaborating with Mossad. Just last month, Iranian authorities had also announced the execution of another Mossad-linked spy.

Iranian officials maintain that such actions are necessary to protect national security and counter Israeli infiltration efforts, which they claim have intensified in recent years amid regional tensions.
