A group of terrorists launched an attack on a police training center in Dera Ismail Khan late Friday night, triggering a swift and strong response from security forces.
According to initial reports, the attackers opened fire on the facility, attempting to breach the perimeter. Police personnel on duty immediately retaliated, engaging the assailants in a heavy exchange of gunfire.
Authorities have cordoned off the area, and additional reinforcements have been dispatched to secure the premises. Local residents reported hearing multiple gunshots and explosions during the confrontation.
