The interim Taliban government of Afghanistan has strongly condemned the suicide bombing in Islamabad, expressing sorrow over the tragic loss of lives and wishing a swift recovery for the injured.

In an official statement, the Afghan Ministry of Foreign Affairs described the Islamabad suicide attack as “deeply regrettable” and emphasized that such terrorist acts are inhumane and condemnable. The ministry extended heartfelt condolences to the families of the victims and prayed for the early recovery of those injured.

The condemnation follows yesterday’s suicide blast outside Islamabad’s G-11 district court, which claimed 12 lives and left 30 others injured. Pakistani authorities have launched a full investigation into the attack, which has drawn widespread denunciation from domestic and international circles.

Additionally, the Afghan Foreign Ministry also condemned the explosion near New Delhi’s Red Fort, which resulted in 10 fatalities. The ministry expressed grief over the repeated loss of innocent lives due to acts of terrorism and called for regional cooperation to combat extremism and ensure peace.

Observers note that the dual condemnations reflect Kabul’s attempt to project a responsible international image and signal its commitment to regional stability and counterterrorism cooperation.
